1. Service Agreement
- By using Alphabase, you agree to these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations
- These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
2. License and Usage
- Alphabase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the software
- The license is valid for the duration of your subscription or contract period
- You may not share your account access with unauthorized users
- Usage is limited to the number of users specified in your subscription plan
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Prices may be subject to change with prior notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees
4. Data Management
- You retain all rights to your data stored in the system
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
- We provide regular backups but recommend maintaining your own backup copies
- Data may be deleted after account termination or extended inactivity
5. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
- Technical support is provided during regular business hours
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
- We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, you must cease using the software and destroy all copies
- You may export your data before account termination
7. Limitation of Liability
- The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service
